San Francisco is heavily gentrified so the Black population is at about 16% they'll pay in increments so yes realistically it can get done.

The thing about it Art is this wasn't a publicity stunt as much as it was a payoff right in front of our faces.....

Most of these organizations are putting the money in their own pockets.
Whoever is CEO, president or head of the organization usually gets a large payday or bonus from these grants.
There is zero excuse for organizations collecting millions like this and doing nothing substantive for the black community.
They don't force police reform. They don't give back people money towards education and training. They don't give money to create jobs for us.
Think about it this way. With $50 million they could grant scholarships for vocational/ technical training at $25,000 a piece to 2000 people. There are lots of vocational/technical training programs that are available for that price. Even if it's a bit more pell grants could cover some and a small amount of student loans would finish up anything else.

The only thing these organizations do are pay millions to chief executives and give campaign contributions to the Democratic party as if that's helping black people at all.

San Francisco is going thru a budget deficit of 728 million right now and are having departments cut budgets 5-8%.

And the 5 million is a number they just pulled out of the air. These people ain't serious.

There is no credible future for the Non Acceptable Asinine Coon Practitioners (NAACP). They are soooo stupid that they don't even realise they'll mess up their own 'bag' which would be far richer than the nonsense they are proposing! It's tantamount to shooting yourself in the foot just to get a wooden one and be ecstatic about it -absolutely NUTS🙄
