Abraham Lincoln is really not much different from the everyday casually racist modern white liberals, Independents, libertarians, moderates, apoliticals, conservatives, and alleged "Anti-Racists." Lyndon Johnson was a well-known avid racist, yet he approved and signed Civil Rights legislation. Does that make him any less racist? HELL NO. Therefore, Abraham Lincoln issuing the Emancipation Proclamation doesn't make him any less racist either.
