I feel like owning the house will become a burden because your overall goal is to find a man who can provide for the family and lead you all to success while you raise the kids and handle the administrative tasks. With a purchase so permanent you should really wait until you meet the man first and then purchase something together. The 2 years you lived in that house before meeting your hubby will suddenly not have been worth it.
