Would the white dominant society be okay if Netflix created a movie about Sandy Hook and casts a handsome guy to portray the mass child murderer Adam Lanza? Or if they made a movie about the Parkland shooting and got an attractive Latino guy to play Nikolas Cruz? Or if they made a movie about the Boston Bombers or 9/11 and had attractive Arab actors portray the enemies of the state as they are portrayed in a better light? Or if someone created a movie painting Darrell Brooks in a more positive light and had Michael Ealy play him? Would the same whites dressing up as Jeffery Dahmer have a problem with someone dressing up as Micah Johnson or another Black person who whites ironically see as 'inherently evil?'
