IIRC, Tracie Spencer's father was her manager. You might be young, but there were quite a few teen r&b singers in the early 90's who made similar songs & videos.

I don't know of any 11 year old girls with closeup mouth shots and writhing motions.

Beyonce was 16-18 before she even danced "sexy", not that that's any better.
