Rage Erupts at Funeral for Black Woman Who Died After Falling Out of Moving Cop Car

Cops never shut the door, according to state investigators. Al Sharpton joined the growing push for justice.

Another depressing story involving cops killing an innocent black woman. This time around it just seems like neglect for a human being. According to this story, she had a mental health episode, where cops were needed to help. I guess the cops intended to bring her to a psych ward to help her. Somehow she ended up falling out of a moving police car, which resulted in her death.

The police claimed that Grier kicked the door open, but that doesn't seem likely considering she weighed 110 pounds. It came back later that the door was not secured and she was not buckled into the seat. Police in turn look to be at fault here.

Cop cars are completely locked. There is no way of opening them from the inside. You can't just "kick" them open either. They clearly didn't close the door or neglected to get the door fixed. Either way, this is on them.
