This is just sad. Happens a lot though. People feel like they need to stick by their partner's side or they feel the need to "fix" them so they aim low and date/marry someone in prison. The f is wrong with people?
What gets me is the fact that there seems to be little logic in the “he gon come home” talk track. She didn’t speak about an appeal or anything that could result in him coming home earlier. It just seems like pie in the sky, hope, and dreams and she is pegging her youth to that and a jailbird rather than moving on.
It’s sad and hopefully she gets sick and tired of being alone and moves on.
