I have both but I prefer the bonnet. It keeps my hair from getting too frizzy while I sleep and I also like that it keeps my hair off my face. I have the pillowcase too in case I just don't feel like putting my hair in the bonnet that night. What do you use?

I use pillowcases. I hate sleeping with stuff on my head. I feel like I am more prone to scratching my scalp in my sleep when I do.

Silk scarf are easier for me to deal with. But I have Satin pillowcases for my lady, I just wear a Durag.

I gotta keep my hair tied up as well at night. I don't want it getting messed up nor frizzy.

I use pillow cases. I feel like the bonnet suffocates my scalp too much and causes it to become dry. I like my scalp and hair to breathe but be protected.
