I think there should have heavily restricted the EEOC and other supposed affirmative action situations to FBA only. In fact, I've noted in a thread way back that I would recommend FBAs fight to have FBA as a separate designation on the census just like Asians and Latinos can sub divide themselves on the census.
This is will force non FBAs who aren't down to sh*t or get off the pot. Just not enough of us down non FBAs and we'll be alright. Until we can come up with a way to separate good from bad, limit the group as a whole.
