The cameras are a great idea. I've also heard that someone had their lawyer on speed dial and made a call, everytime they were stopped. They made sure the cop speaks to the lawyer, to make sure they know the interaction was being audited. It would change the dynamics of the interaction, I'm sure. What used to be called prepaid legal, would be good for this
