TUESDAY, NOV. 29, 5:30 P.M.:
One woman is dead and another is in the hospital with lacerations to her hands after an incident that Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez says is domestic violence related.

The incident took place Tuesday in a home in the Indian Ridge Villas off Sand Hill Road on the west side of Osceola County, west of Old Lake Wilson Road.

Lopez gave limited details of the incident, citing Marsy's Law, which protects the identity of victims of crimes in Florida. He noted that a woman called police, and when deputies arrived the found her with lacerations to her hands, and another female deceased. The living victim said the assailant was a family member. The wounds appeared to be defensive, the Sheriff said.

Deputies found a man nearby, who fit the description of the assailant from the living victim, with blood on his hands, and he was arrested.

"We have no history of violence at this house, and we have no idea what any argument was about," Lopez said.

Murder charges would be filed, Lopez said, although with details of the case still coming together, he didn't know what degree, or if there'd be other charges. The Medical Examiner would be working to determine the cause of death, which would be key to the charges filed.

UPDATE, WEDNESDAY, NOV. 30: The Osceola County Sheriff's Office released part of an interview with detectives regarding the Tuesday stabbing death of his mother and that of a sister that left her with severe lacerations to her hands.

In the interview, Matthew Stewart Sisley, 21, said his mother "deserved" the stabbing.

Just after 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Sheriff's Office received the report of a possible stabbing at a home in the Indian Ridge Villas off Sand Hill Road on the west side of Osceola County, west of Old Lake Wilson Road. Upon arrival, deputies found one female deceased and another with the cuts to her hands.

An investigation led to Sisley identified as a suspect, and he was located a short distance away from the incident, a Sheriff's press release stated. He was interviewed at the Sheriff’s Office, and confessed to intentionally stabbing his mother and accidentally stabbing his sister. He was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail, charged with aggravated domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Jail records show Sisley is being held on no bond, and court records show he was scheduled for an initial court appearance Wednesday afternoon. Additional charges will be forthcoming, police said.

The Sheriff's Office release this exchange during the interview:

Detective: “Do you think your mom deserved to get stabbed?”
Suspect: “Yes.”
Detective: “Why?”
Suspect: “Because she never pushed me to be a man.”
Detective: “Do you regret doing it?”
Suspect: “No. I would do it again.”

Police have noted his was an isolated incident.

Just to show people how asinine this is... he stated "my mother didn't push me to be a man"... I've had this argument with both men and women... a woman can't teach a boy how to be a man... just like a man can't teach a girl how to be a woman... he's just another crazy white man trying to justify his actions...
