Yes the city and State intervened but the family had lawyers and were seeking reparation for their family’s stolen land. We must do the same under international law or legislation must be written stating all Black Americans and descendants of Black Americans harmed by racism in the United States must receive Reparations for all harms including but not limited to economics, health, mass incarceration, housing, land, employment and education.Basically every single Black American Family. We were indeed and are still, targeted by the United States of America as a whole group. The brutal and heinous past of how we were purposely treated as a group is well documented.
