Inflation is truly undefeated. My grandpa used to speak on how much he could purchase with a quarter. Now it’s me speaking on what I used to be able to purchase with a dollar.
It is such BS. Like yeah, fast food isn't healthy but you could stretch 3$ so far just 10 years ago. WTF man. I remember getting a big meal for under $4 with a DRINK. Cali has the worst prices too. You end up spending damn near $20 for just two burgers at McDonald's!
That one made me the most mad. They have a lot more variety now and things I actually like but it is too expensive for what it is. I can get more food for the same cost at a local taco place. They do a Taco Tuesday deal every week.
