What pisses me off is that Black people and our concerns regarding workplace racism and harassment are ignored, undermined, and completely disregarded at the workplace. We get to deal with it and they don't even care. Heck, outside of white blind and maybe deaf people, many other disabled employees (especially Black ones) can't even get the accommodations that need to perform their duties. They get told, "sorry, we don't have the resources" if they even get hired and are allowed to stay employed at all.YET, we gotta pull out the red carpet for these damn LGBTQIADISNEY+ mofos (many of whom are just as if not more anti-Black racist as their straight counterparts, especially the white gay males), give them all the accommodations in the world, be pressured to love and coddle and embrace them more than their parents do, and not say or do any they can perceived as "anti-LGBTQ+" . THIS IS NOT EQUALITY AND EQUITY. THIS IS PART OF WHY WE NEED TO BREAK FROM THIS RIGGED ANTI-BLACK SYSTEM AND BUILD OUR OWN DAMN BUSINESSES WITHOUT THAT PC BULLSHIT, RACIST OFFICE POLITICS, SMELLY LICE HAIR, AND WETDOGBACK WYPIPO MAYONNAISE MADNESS IN THE MIX.
