The FBI executed a search warrant on Monday at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, the former President confirmed to CNN.

Trump declined to say why the FBI agents were at Mar-a-Lago, but the former President said the raid was unannounced and "they even broke into my safe."
"My beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents," he said in a statement.
Trump was not in Florida at the time of the raid.
The raid began early Monday morning and law enforcement personnel appeared to be focused on the area of the club where Trump's offices and personal quarters are, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The Justice Department declined to comment, as did the White House. A White House official said it was not notified about the raid.
CNN has reached out to the FBI for comment.
This story is breaking and will be updated.

Lol this is amazing, I wonder what exactly they're looking for? There's no doubt in my mind that his neighbors probably grabbed some popcorn and watched it all go down. I'm sure it'll be a matter of time before we know why.
They just said on the my local news that the Feds believe that Trump took classified documents from the White House.

Nothing of consequence will happen to Trump because the Dems are b*tch made. The Dems only have smoke for the left progressive crowd internally (AOC, Sanders, and especially for upcoming young progressives running for Congress).
They scared AF and shook of the Republicans because the Republicans got no problem, getting in the mud and keeping it gully. Republicans have zero ethics, give zero f*cks if ya wanna get grimy.

* the JFK assassination
* the Nixon, Watergate investigation
* Iran Contra

His house in Florida was raided while he was somewhere else. They busted in and just started digging.
I am no fan of trump but I have NEVER trusted the FBI. If they had anything on Trump, it would have been found already. So what is this? What are they distracting people from? Do you think they want to start a political civil war?
My father said that if they are pushing for a civil war, this greatly favors China because this would destroy the country. The economy is not in a good place. We just sent ANOTHER 4 billion to Ukraine. The government is pushing to pass a bill that will increase taxes for people earning under 400k and over 35k per year. So what are they doing?
I feel like this has to all be by design. I don't trust none of it!

I am talking more about the scope of what this is all about cause to me, it seems like a distraction. Like if they actually had something on the cheeto man, we would have known about it. People are all pissed about this cause the FBI did jack all over the Jeffrey Epstein island nonsense. Like people, HELLO! The FBI was PART of that island!
I never trusted the FBI, the CIA, the IRS, or any other three-letter government funded organization that is designed to take people down!

I believe the Dems are trying to make trump so dirty, that he won't be able to run in 2024, they know if he runs again, he'll win.
It still surprises me that it took so long for this to happen, but I suppose when you're rich and white you can get away with pretty much anything.
I wonder if this will actually stick though, as in bring on actual actual charge to Trump that results in jail time, because this dude keeps getting away with everything and it feels like there's no end in sight. They are definitely going to make up just about anything to fight ugly. Trump left office for how long now and it's now they realised that a classified document was missing? Even if Trump is dumb which he isn't, if he did took any of such documents, he wouldn't have it at his home.

I just find it all interesting. Especially, watching the reactions of both parties. Neither FBI nor Trump has yet to reveal the details of the warrant. If this was a witch hunt as Trump claims, why is he silent about the details of the warrant? He has no problem using this raid to grift for his own purposes while calling for defunding the police. I don't know. I am going to take a wait and see approach about this situation. 🤔
I have a feeling this won't result in anything happening to Trump. I bet what will happen, is they will tear up his house, find nothing and then he will continue to get away with things. The civil war stuff has been in talks since like 2017 and it is only going to get worse. People are fed up with everything. I think this is beyond some right vs left thing, I think it is mostly people caught in the middle who are sick of seeing a broken system ruin people's lives. I have no clue what they're going to do at this point. He'll probably get a slap on the wrist and told not to do it again. He had nuclear documents, that's crazy! He should face time just for stealing something like that, especially when it's something possibly damaging to people.
But yeah, he'll end up getting a slap on the wrist and he'll go on to live his life until the next scandal comes out.
