Perfect assessmentEminem thrived when he worked with Dr. Dre and The Bass Brothers, problem with that is he wasn't sober on those albums(the classic trio and Relapse). Outside of that he's a over technical preachy try hard that makes anything from corny stadium anthems to pop collaborations, and most of the music in between falls flat. I enjoyed his music from 1997 to 2003 or so but I think Proof's death took the fun out of him.
