Upcoming Movie - BLACK ADAM
Rock has ALWAYS been a stellar actor, as well as a great wrestler. I remember watching his Dad (Rocky Johnson), when he teamed up with Andre the Giant at Kezar Pavillion in San Francisco, CA.
I'm looking forward to this movie. They picked the perfect person to play Black Adam.
I'm not too big on the DC side of things, but I'm all for The Rock playing an anti-hero style of character. I think Black Adam is the main villain for Shazam, or maybe I'm wrong, idk. If he is playing the villain, I hope they keep him that way, because I'd like to see him face off against Superman and others.
I’m a huge DC fan, I like their animated series better than their movies but I’m looking forward to Black Adam! They definitely did a good job picking The Rock to play BA. I’m hoping this will be a good movie…

Been hearing it's getting bad reviews. Or mediocre ones at least. I still intend to check it out, but it is DC we're speaking of, so it is probably due to their storytelling and direction more than anything else. I didn't care for the Superman movies or the justice league movies. And this looks like much of the same to me.
But I'll check it out when it drops digitally. I like the Rock, so I'll be watching to see how he plays the character.

The Rock seems like a good pick. These live action films are getting old for me but I might watch it anyways, hopefully DC picks up with this one.
They've oversaturated the game with them. Marvel is the most responsible but I'm burned out too. Men in tights with superpowers is played out to me now.
