Wow. I'm old school so this internet clout thing really has shown me how insecure and immature we are when it comes to power and platforms. At the end of the day it's about the people and if you're a so-called leader and your people aren't any better off, what's the point. I've seen the glow-ups backfire too. I'm amazed at how often folks crash and burn in our community. Its a huge problem.
