Man kidnapped juvenile from Louisville Kroger and pointed gun at crowd, police say

Fabao Chen was arrested June 4 after police said he kidnapped a juvenile from a Kroger at 27th Street and Broadway and pointed a BB gun at bystanders.

Update: Chen was ordered in November 2020 to serve two years of diversion and not reoffend during that time or risk a one-year jail sentence.
