That's tough to guess. I assume it's not black empowerment related, not that its a criticism. The Business isn't black empowerment really. Neither is his Patreon on credit score building and careers to be a producer.

I am going to guess that its an interview program similar to what Vlad does. He mentioned he tried to interview people once and they wanted to be paid but did it free for Vlad.
