I recently was watching a video where this ex FBI agent detailed things everyone should have and one of them took me by surprise. He recommended everyone keep the cheap dollar store super glue tubes in their first aid cause you can use it to close the skin in a pinch and there is no risk of infection or anything. I would have never thought to use such a thing in place of stitches but apparently it is true!

Now this got me to thinking of what should be in a first-aid kit.

For those of you that prep, what do you always make sure is in yours?

I only have an extra basic first aid kit that I got from Walmart. Extra basic meaning less than $10. Shameful. I know.

It's ok. It's better than nothing at all, which is what I have.
