I have not followed them at all really since like 2013, around that time. I know they did some events in other countries but it seems like half their PPVs are being held overseas, not just shows. When did this happen?

I guess it is, but when did they start really pushing it? Last I watched, they would do some shows and maybe one PPV overseas and now it looks like a huge chunk of their schedule is booked outside the US.

Oh damn, that went through? I heard about it but never looked into it. Who actually owns what now?

I am used to seeing these mergers in other types of corporations, not so much sports entertainment!
