I have no idea why these MALES are painting their nails. I seen a dude outside the family dollar the other day.He was panhandling.Anyway I came back out the store. I handed him a dollar and noticed HIS nails were painted.I said next time imma pull the money back if the guys nails are Painted. Its crazy i have to think like that.
