I'm not surprised at all. But here to offer some proof. Not shocked its not unexpected. I don't like to make comments on social mediums but I often can't help myself. haha Anyway, I try to write in a way that the reader doesn't know I'm black or white to eliminate a certain amount of bias and name calling.

Key words. "Nearly" and truth is bias is culturally inherent. Pretty much everyone gives lip service to 'equality'. But in practice it doesn't happen. During the Civil Rights era, northern states were all for equal rights and critical of the segregated south while at the same time denying Blacks entry into unions, redlining, unofficial quotas for Blacks, Jews and others in Ivy league schools. Lets just admit there is a cultural bias to varying degrees towards Blacks, offer reparations and call it a day.
