Years ago, I was unloading a 18-wheeler and filling a truck half that size up with 32 lbs of pink insulation packs. 240 packs every morning or night if I knew we had a busy day the following day.
If you've ever picked on of these up, you can imagine how your back and arms would fill after pulling and stacking a long ass box truck up from floor to ceiling, front to back every day all week for 2 1/2 years!
Pull 1 or 2 out and when multiple fall down grab 2 and walk them to the other truck IF you were able to back up to the trailer and if not, I would have to load 20 on a puller and pull that HEAVY MF across the warehouse to the insulation truck.
Warehouse had no A/C or heating!

I know he hurt his back at least one time but he was too stubborn to admit to it. He should just wear a back brace when he is doing it. Other guys at work do.That's a good way to look at it too. My job at the time was so psychical I stopped going to the gym and built a home gym to workout whenever. I still get asked all the time if I played football or was military.
