It's not that I dislike white people, but you tend to experience more microgressions when working with them ... A sly comment can be borderline harassment...My old company was black owned (IT Integrator in the DMV) ... I loved that environment so much, and I think we should all experience that ...It was inspiring, to say the least ... I got spoiled! On another note, I worked at an all black dept outside of that ...Different quality of ppl (I'm not into gossip, talking about each other, etc) ... They were cool, but ... Bit of an emotional rollercoaster for me ..
