My only beef (no pun intended) with California Mexican food is they don't mess with ground beef......I had to learn how to make my own ground beef tacos and enchiladas when I moved out here. When I lived in East Oakland (Fruitvale area), that was the spot cuz there were legendary taco trucks within walking distance of the house I was renting. I'd even settle for Taco Bueno at this point.
