So I recently got one of those smart bulbs you can control with your phone. It was on sale, only $10 and I wanted to use it to turn a light on when I am not home make it seem like I am there. Also, provide a light for my cats. I am loving this thing. I can make it any color, adjust brightness, put it on a timer, and more. Now I am considering other smart tech for my house. Nothing with cameras though unless it is on my own network.

What kind of smart tech do you have in your home? Anything you plan on getting in the future?

I remember it being a term our people used for years and now I see all sorts of white and Jewish women who are liberal using it. You see this especially in the work spaces. Like they have gotten to a point where they are tokenizing black females to make their companies look better. This one video I saw on Instagram a month ago, wish I saved it, was this strong black woman showcasing how she was hired and never invited to meetings yet they always use her in pictures for the company. They basically just gave her a nice office and minimal work to do cause they are using her to "prove they are woke". What kind of nonsense is this?

This brother was almost kidnapped and killed, left with lacerations all of his body, a broken leg & spine, and likely traumatized. But the golden question is why? I must say I am surprised, but then again I am not. The reason is that I heard that many people were not going to watch the NFL for various reasons. However, some of these same people became intrigued by all the conference, intra conference and divisional matchups in certain weeks which made them renege on what they said about not watching.

Why is it every year I see a story about a Black man or boy is forced to cut their hair either to participate in a sporting event or as part of a school uniform code? This never seems to negatively affect the other races of people. This is a form of emasculation. The Crown Act doesn't seem to support him if it was passed after this alleged infraction.

A lot of people are out their stocking and prepping, learning new skills and all that. All good things but people neglect themselves and their bodies. How you going to be truly self-sufficient if you are still on drugs for health problems? How you going to be truly self-sufficient if you are overweight or out of shape? How you going to manage everything with addictions or bad habits holding you back?

I think more people need to focus on their health in order to be truly prepared. If things do hit the fan, you are going to need to put in work and your body is going to need to be prepared for that!

What are some things you have been doing to prep your body?

I noticed people spent a lot more time in and around nature like 30, 40, 50 years ago and people were just of a different temperament than they are today. So many people are quick to anger, they carry themselves with tension, everyone just seemed drained out and stressed out. I have to wonder if this is cause of a disconnect with nature and just being around the plants, animals, and spending time in the sun breathing fresh air away from cities.

How much time would you say you spend in nature and how do your stress levels compare?

I have one question and one question only. Why the f*ck is this church. Where one of the most horrific crimes against Black people in America happened letting Biden use them as a political prop to get Black votes?
The question is rhetorical. This church is filled with those old black, Civil Rights era Black folks who have either given up and/or craves for White validation. The church where a slave rebellion was plotted is now no longer a place where we plan Black change and Black political, social rebellion. As Jason Black says 'these oooooold n*ggas'. Every black community has them domestic and foreign. I've seen variations first hand.
Secondly, the one counter voice doesn't even appear Black and is using the Black church to address a non Black issue.
