Do you think states should be able to censor or ban books?

I'm not a fan of censorship or the banning of books unless they are literally illegal to own or read. I think banning of books hurts more than it helps, because people will find ways of finding those books.

I bring this up, because read an article about how Texas recently become the state with the most banned books. I guess people are throwing a fit about any books relating to our struggles, but also LGBTQ issues, abortion, and more. And I'm sure anything that may put Texas in a bad light, like their history already does.

What do you think about censoring books and or banning them outright? Do you think libraries and states have a right to decide what should and shouldn't be in our libraries?

Do you know any bands/artists personally?

I do not know any singers or bands personally? Like maybe you went to high school with a certain artist, or you went to college, worked with, or hung out with when you were kids. I'm not a musically talented person, but if I was I probably could have met some potentially famous singers, you never know.

Do you guys know anyone personally from the industry even? Maybe producers or anyone involved with the production and creation of music.

I went to high school with some guys who produced music, but I don't think they ever became famous, it was more of a friends hanging out, and creating music kinda hangout. I don't think they ever performed together outside of their hangouts.

Trigger Warning: Latinos in Hip Hop

Definitely contributed to the art, no doubt whatsoever. Way back in the day no one cared at the time who was FBA, Caribbean or Latino, it was all about the music. I thought the Kool Herc story was how it was. It was what I heard. Tariq thought so too at one time. I thought Puerto Ricans specifically was there the whole time. Props to the contribution but I suspect an agenda when its black spaces and bigging up Latinos because there is an overt agenda these days.

Anyone else here play Rocket League?

So I started playing it again on console since getting my xbox and they changed a lot. Now there are blueprints or whatever you have to buy to unlock stuff. Like what happened to just randomly unlocking items for your cars when you gained experience or leveled up? I feel like most of what they do now is geared at making money. I just want some fancy things so my cars can match. And I can't for the life of me figure out where or how to unlock anthem music!

And this is why we need to support mostly Black-owned restaurants from now on. There's no telling what kind of tampered, contaminated, and bad food that The Pub in Pennsauken, New Jersey is purposefully feeding the Black customers. You can't put anything at these oppressive, filthy, toilet paper aliens.
