Has anyone watched these videos on YouTube? They pair two people together to see if they would be a match, but each video I have watched just results in people pushing the button right away at any sign of losing interest.

I don't see how this would result in meeting potential partners, but it's a thing I guess. I would never go on a show like this though. Would you?

Another depressing story involving cops killing an innocent black woman. This time around it just seems like neglect for a human being. According to this story, she had a mental health episode, where cops were needed to help. I guess the cops intended to bring her to a psych ward to help her. Somehow she ended up falling out of a moving police car, which resulted in her death.

The police claimed that Grier kicked the door open, but that doesn't seem likely considering she weighed 110 pounds. It came back later that the door was not secured and she was not buckled into the seat. Police in turn look to be at fault here.

I know some people who have worked at Amazon warehouses and they always say Amazon is not a great place to work for. And it looks like it may be the case in New Jersey as 3 workers ended up dying on the job over the past month alone. There's no details on how any of these workers died, but it makes you wonder.

Two of the deaths occurred in the same warehouse, while another happened elsewhere.

Has anyone here worked for Amazon in any capacity? What about working in their warehouses? The people I know who also worked at Amazon, never stuck around for too long there. With Amazon, I guess they really stretch you thin, so it is a lot of work. I don't think I'd ever work at an Amazon warehouse myself.

Have you been hearing the news recently about Warner Bros and Discovery pretty much cancelling everything as of late? HBO Max has lost a lot of programs, the new Batgirl film was finished, and is now scrapped and not coming out, some programming is being removed outright from HBO Max, and now there's word that the DC side will be getting a reboot to everything. Which means plans for future movies are in jeopardy.

So far The Flash movie hasn't been cancelled, as it's so far still on to release. But the star, Ezra Miller has been getting some heat due to his weird actions. I heard he attacked a woman, broke in and stole from someone's house, and has been acting weird all over the place. Some of the stuff I heard were just rumors, but the dudes behaviour is making it hard for WB and all them to release it.

I have a feeling they aren't going to end up releasing it. I also heard that in order for this movie to release, Ezra may have to an interview explaining his behaviour.

My guess is that this movie won't release. And I'm fine with that, though I did want to see Michael Keaton back as Batman.

With Microsoft buying up Activision recently, it made me wonder what the future of COD will be. I heard rumors of them taking a year off in 2023, and that could still happen. Their is still a game expected to drop this year, which I believe is a sequel to Modern Warfare, so could be good, or could be shit, we'll see.

I think people are worried that MS will keep their grubby hands on the franchise and won't allow it to drop on the PS4/PS5 for example. But I guess MS says that'd be crazy as it wouldn't be profitable to keep it exclusive, at least according to the article below:


But this is also MS we're talking about, they like to change their minds often. What do you think will happen? Will MS honor their words and release it multiplatform? Or will it be exclusive to Xbox going forward?

A grand jury in Mississippi has declined to indict the White woman who accused 14-year-old Emmett Till of making advances toward her nearly 70 years ago, allegations that led to the Black teen's brutal death.

Carolyn Bryant lied on Emmett Till and got him gruesomely and barbarically murdered to the point where his face was deliberately disfigured. Carolyn Bryant Donham is the prototype of the modern day Karen. Emmett Till was horrifically murdered on August 28, 1955.

This grand jury that declined to go after Carolyn Bryant also needs to be looked at because this is the same BS stunt that Attorney General Daniel Cameron from Kentucky was trying to pull off as he was pressuring the jury to help sabotage, throw out, cover up, and corrupt the case of Breonna Taylor and her murder. They are protecting this lying, murderous, POS racist Carolyn Bryant just as much now as they were in 1955 prior to the Civil Rights Movement. What has changed again between 1955 and 2022 except the year? What does that say about the Civil Rights Movement and the intangible "changes" like integration with and sexual access to the oppressor class, Affirmative Action that white women and Asians and LGBT overwhelmingly benefit from, and the continued oppression and benign neglect of Black people (especially Foundational Black Americans) that happened afterwards? There is so much anti-Black and traitorous corruption in our government and society that this system cannot go on any longer without imploding or people stepping in to put a stop to this.

With this grand sham ruling, they have once again officially proved to us that white supremacy, white rights to kill and commit crime, oppressive anti-Black racism, and white privilege are irrefutably real and that there is no real progress in this country. I noticed this across several brands now. It seems like the overall quality is getting cheaper but the price is staying the same, if not getting higher. I knew inflation was affecting the prices of food but is it also hitting clothing too?

I don't buy new clothes very often which might be why I am noticing it more and maybe this has been the case for a while now.

yeah, yeah, it may never get going...but I should say if I financed a school, this is what I'd have.
First, I'd make it 7-13 years old. Not HS. HS is too late. If you set the foundation early, they can go to almost any HS and succeed. English, Math, the usual subjects but these are the required things I would also have in addition:

1. Learn at least 2 kinds of code (Python and C+ maybe)
2. three years of self defense in gym class. Your kid will only bully our students once.
3. Spanish and Chinese...yeah, I know, but this is the world we live in. In America, we will be a fully bilingual country like Belgium or Switzerland in 10 or 20 years. Internationally, China is poised to surpass America as the world's biggest economy. My view, learn the language of your competition.
4. Learn how to change a tire, change oil, basic plumbing, kitchen/bathroom sink, etc.
5. FBA and African history
6. Along with the parents, work on what to and not to do or say when confronted by: police, random white folks looking for a soft target.
7. Lots of math

Of those marriages to sistas, 58% end in divorce. I don't trip of these sistas, good riddance. 95% at least (and I'm being kind with the numbers) end up getting ran through, hitting their 30s and even though still attractive, won't be able to find a husband. Christelyn Karazin the queen of swirlers got divorced and can only manage to get a racist white boy as her boyfriend. No white man is marrying her again. My only issue with these types of sistas is that they actively work against black people. They openly hate on black men. And truth is they don't give a sh*t about sisters. You never, ever see the women in this space on social media, youtube programs, clubhouse, etc, EVER talk about black women killed by cops or unjustly killed like Sandra Bland and Breonna Taylor...ever. There are lots of sistas who primarily date black men but will go on a date with a white boy or latino occasionally if the 'right one' comes along, meaning he's attractive, got some paper and she's in a dating slump. Not tripping on those sistas. They primarily prefer black men but for whatever reasons (like they live in Salt Lake City for example), they diversify their dating.

Now for the men. There are two types. There are the hard core bed bucks who are the black male version of swirlers. They will not date black women at all. They date white women exclusively or all non black women (white, asian, latina, arab, whatever). These brothers hate black women. I got a homie or two from back in the day like this.

Black men and women (same in ALL other races and ethnic groups) have always had internal issues. No matter what. Even in countries that are deeply patriarchal where women have next to no rights (Afghanistan, parts of India, etc), even these men complain about their women. In our great grandparents days where sisters wore white gloves, and carried themselves with grace to catch a man, the black folks complained about finding a good man or woman. Today is different. But overall, at some point, all those people on tik tok, youtube, talking anti black dating will eventually get their negro wake up call in some sense or fashion. Very, very few winners. Especially for the ladies. Men who date exclusively white but are producers (NOT saying its fair), can get a sista later. She will look at him sideways but if he makes enough, he can cop pleas. With the recent news this dude keeps coming down with Covid, and the constant videos showing the guy slurring his speech and being confusing as all hell, it made me think he could be nearing the end. I've been hearing a lot about his health as of late and I don't think the dude could handle another term in office if he is to win. Then again, I don't think he's going to end up winning a second term in office. I don't think Trump will win either, but I suspect we'll be seeing someone else taking office after Biden, who that is, I have no idea, but I don't think it'll be Biden, because his health is not all there.

Kids these days aren't as religious as they used to be. I like to think I'm religious, but I don't take religion as seriously as I used to either. I still will pray depending on how things are going, and I will still go to church when I have some family up. But other than that I don't really follow my religion to a t. But, how do you feel about your own children not following a religion? Would you be okay if your child didn't believe in a god?

I think I'd be okay with it, but I know a lot of my family would be disappointed. What are your thoughts?

Anyone here checked out this new show on FX & Hulu? It's about a guy who has to take over his brothers restaurant after he commits suicide. It stars the guy from Shameless, I can't recall his name. He's supposed to be some pro cook, and and when he comes back to the restaurant to take over, he tries to fix all the problems, but only continues to run into them.

I just finished season 1 the other day, and It's really good. It's odd though, it takes place in Chicago, the lead is a recovering alcoholic I believe, and he has anger issues, much like his character on Shameless. Shameless I believe took place in Chicago as well. Idk, a dumb point, but I thought it was interesting.

A good start! This bill helps soldiers who were tasked with burning waste, including harmful chemicals and other garbage. In turn, veterans who did this type of work, often got sick with cancers and other diseases. I think I remember Jon Stewart of all people fighting for this cause years ago, the fact it took this long is messed up.

I have family that served in the military, and I hate that there are some people out there who can't get the support they need to combat illnesses they got from serving overseas in a warzone. The fact that soldiers put their lives on the line and then come home and can't get good health care is confusing to me. They served this country, the least they can do is give them health care on the government.

The drama between Deshaun Watson and the NFL continues. It looks like the NFL and Roger Goodell still want to suspend Watson, and I think there's a chance that could happen. So far though, he's still expected to start this Friday when the Browns face off against the Jaguars.

Didn't some of his recent lawsuits get dropped by the accusers? I heard something about that a while ago. But according to the article below, Goodell and company think he deserves to be suspended longer, because they got their eyes on the evidence. I don't know what to think anymore, it seems like he could be getting suspended again, and if that happens, they're looking at a year. Which means, The Browns yet again will have a rough season.
