Michael Johnson doubted a Nigerian hurdler's world record. He's the only one but he's a multi-gold medal winner. So, its not like you or I saying that. I think its mad disrespetful for him to do that. I have my guess on why.

Anyway, the father making about Black Americans and using Michael Johnson as symbolic of all of us is unfair but I am not surprised.

All I keep hearing about is the climate crisis and climate emergency. Looking at the news stories, it baffles my mind that they can do this crap in plain sight and people still believe them. Yes, the environment is going through changes but they are blaming US for it when it is the corporations and countries like India and China who do the most pollution. That WEF leader Shwab dude wants to take away personal ownership of vehicles now. He doesn't want anyone to own cars... But them of course. This is all a stunt being run by the rich elite of the world who want everyone beneath them to live like pigs on a farm!

Assuming you have no children, would you be with someone who doesn't want any - like marry them and commit to them for life?

A friend at work recently got engaged to a man who said he doesn't want kids. I know she does but she is lying to herself saying she doesn't need to have kids. She is only 25 and I know she will regret it when she hits her 30s.

I am hoping we have some people on here who are African or African descended directly or knowledgable from the diaspora. Why do I say that? First of all, I see no issue in being from a tribe and having tribal pride. People are tribalistic in various forms. In America, sports and where you are from within the states is a mild form of tribalism. You may be from Alabama and are a hard core 'Bama football team fan as well as you are proud to be from the 'dirty' south for example.

Anyway, it appears that being too loyal to their tribe has hurt the progression of many African countries. I'll use Nigeria as one example. From what I understand (and I open to any corrections) the tribal rivalries and such can run so deep at times that people will only vote for candidates from that tribe even if he is not the best overall candidate. The Yoruba and Ibo don't like it each other usually. And its often not just a thing. We had the east coast vs west coast beef in the '90s but it was never as bad as the violence and social segregation we see in Nigeria. The Hausa-Fulana won't inter marry with anyone else, religion (Islam) being their primary reason but the violence we hear about comes from their area in the north.

Nigeria has about 200 million people is part of OPEC. It has so much oil its part of the biggest oil cartel in the world. A lot of natural resources but are way behind from what their resources suggest they should have. There are tribal issues in other countries to varying degrees of infighting and such. Kenya, with the Kikuyus, Luo, Embu, etc. , South African blacks have always been divided among tribal the Zulu, Sotho, Xhosa, and others.

What are the solutions? Is there even a problem? Meaning its overstated.

Well why not? I understand that it's tough out here for us but we can love, especially each other. As a black woman. I have created my own fairytale. regardless of people telling me I can't have it.

I hope this is a wake-up call for parents who think sending their kids down this path is a healthy one.

These people are out there screwing up children's bodies and getting paid big bucks for it. Other countries and areas are rolling this back and shutting down programs since the light was shed on this abuse.

One of the kids is 15. Tried to off herself multiple times. She has severe arthritis (with other disabilities) and is in constant pain from the medication. She was put on hormone blockers from ages 10 to 14 to be a boy and now she has a bleak future of pain and misery.

A controversial NHS clinic that led the way in prescribing puberty blockers to children who questioned their gender is being shut down.

The gender identity development service at Tavistock & Portman NHS trust will close next spring after a review found that it was not a “safe or viable long-term option”.

The clinic in north London has been accused of rushing teenagers into life-altering treatment on hormone-blocking drugs. Legal experts said the trust could now be sued by patients who felt they did not receive the right treatment.

Care will be handed over to children’s hospitals, which the NHS says will offer a more “holistic” approach with “strong links to mental health services”. From now on under-16s will be given puberty blockers on the NHS only as part of a clinical trial, allowing data to be accrued on their long-term effects.

The Tavistock clinic has been overwhelmed by a 20-fold increase in referrals in the past decade, leading to “unacceptable” waiting lists. More than 5,000 children were referred there last year, compared with 138 in 2010-11.

So I started growing a few different things. First time ever, so I am just winging it.

I am having issues with my tomatoes. They came out and the plants are about 4 feet tall but the tomatoes they are throwing just aren't growing! It has been a while since many came up and the biggest one I got is a bit bigger than a golf ball. I have 4 plants in one container (a large 18 gal one) but maybe that was not enough room. I used soil with food in it and pre-composted in place on the bottom.

Does anyone know what I did wrong?

I was hoping to stockpile some and freeze them for sauces and stuff.
