There are shortages of food happening already and with this war, more are on the way. We will see farmers struggling next since we get most of our fertilizer from them (Ukraine) and they stopped exporting it. Be prepared people! I stocked up on beans, dried pasta, and other goods that will last a few years shelf life. I am going to get a few things growing as well soon as the weather warms up. I have a friend at work who owns a farm so I will have some access there. He is always giving us stuff - veg, fruit, eggs, etc. I wouldn't blame him if he started charging for it but at least I know a local spot.

This week two incidents of "teachers" using the N-word in class have been resolved with neither teacher being fired. I never took part in it. I never used any of the apps or even considered it. I have a lot of friends who have and do use and frequent these online dating apps, sites, etc. I feel like they are all struggling to find happiness and fulfillment in a relationship. Some are either in it just to get a sexual fix or they are looking for something more with dudes who are coasting in and out DMs. I feel like online dating is ruining people. Share your thoughts.

I watched the SOTU last night. I was not able to watch it when it was on. Wasn't planning on it but I didn't want to be fooled by the media and wanted to make sure I got the facts straight when people tried peddling Biden's BS to me.

So he basically said nothing about Jan 6th, was talking about border security (after inviting all those illegals in), was in favor of pushing MORE support for the LGBT people, glossed over women's rights, and even called for MORE police funding. The cherry on top? He did not once mention black injustice, the targets of white supremacists but made a point to talk about Asian hate crimes saying they happen too often and need to stop.

Is this meant to be a joke!? Pre-election he was all for us but now that he has his power he is doing a 180. Honestly, I am not surprised.
