One of the most harmful things that have happened in the black community is this hatred by some black men and black women have with each other I sit back and I wonder where did this beef started because I look at other communities they don't have this type of animosity to the other sex as we do. And I wonder what can bridge the gap between black men and women as if this whole gender war between both doesn't end I feel it will be the end of the black community in the US.

So I ask what happened to make some Black Men and Women have this hatred for each other and how can we seek peace and form together to become a whole community again?

Phillip Adams was a former NFL player who played for multiple teams. This past May he killed 6 people, and then himself. It was recently found though, that he had Stage 2 CTE with a stage 4 being the absolute worst.

Not to say that he isn't at fault for what he did, but it's clear that CTE affects the brain in a way that changes people. Aaron Hernandez is one to come to mind, because after death, he too was found to have severe CTE. And we can't forget about pro wrestling Chris Benoit, who killed his son and wife, and then himself days later. He was found to have severe CTE as well.

How do we stop this though? NFL players get hit so much, that it makes me wonder if each player will have some form of CTE at the end of their career. You gotta think how often a player is hit, or hits another, and that alone has to rattle the brain each time. So even if you're not getting injured, there could be small damage happening throughout the career.

What do you guys think of this? The NFL has done a lot to protect players, but no matter what, these guys are going to get hurt out there. It's just a matter of time.

What are some video games that feature an all black cast and or production team? I know GTA San Andreas had mostly an all black cast, but it was probably mostly made by a white crew. Anyway, I'm sure there are more games coming out that feature a black cast and I know for sure there are more black run game studios starting to join the gaming world, and I am excited for it.

Let's say you're dating someone new, and she or he has a kid or two. And those kids absolutely hate you, or hate anyone who dates their parent. I'm thinking about meeting this woman who has a couple kids, and they're close to teen age, and I have a feeling they're going to hate me first off. I mean, I get it, kids sometime don't like seeing a parent with another person, but I think they learn to accept the fact that moving on must be done.

Anyway, how do you get along with the kids when you do start to date their mom or dad? Have you ever had issues with a partners kids?

Is anyone here into snow sports? I never really tried to do any of them, mainly because I always fear I will land the wrong way, and I'd break my leg. My friend broke his leg skiing, so I've kinda put that as a no go for me. But snowboarding looks a bit more fun to me. Does anyone here get into snow sports like that? Or even hockey and other sports involving winter weather. I only know of those few.

I don't have anything against it other than it's not good for your health. It tastes good. Many people do not eat pork for religious reasons and that's OK with me. You do you but don't be offended if I don't follow the rules of YOUR religion. No harm, no foul.

I know the standard for a lot of people is 3 months' wages which seems ridiculous. Say you earning $3,500 a month, you really going to spend over 10k on a ring? That all seemed much to me. Maybe I am just not into jewelry enough? There are so many groups these days it seems. It is like gender identities with those tumblr people or something. lol

I know some of them mean well, some do good, but a lot of them are just using skin color to get what they want when they want, they don't care about actually helping anything or no one. Some groups were probably even started by white folks.

So I wanted to make a thread for this. Kind of keep everyone in the loop. You don't want to find yourself supporting a coon group or a white narrative using you as a token. I am not very familiar with the groups myself, I heard about some in passing but never look into them enough. I kind of just do my own thing and focus on my own community, friends, family, etc. but I want to be more aware of what is going on out there.

There is an online group called incels. I'm not one of them but I can understand their pain. Love hurts, there's no way around it

The topics discussed are very eye opening . Candace Owens gets exposed if she hasn't been already . Real insight in American politics are given to show how black people should advance in a ever changing landscape.

It seems like the first 30 minutes of every broadcast is her repeating the same thing over and over again. It’s annoying when you watch every day.

There’s also an increase in drama, it’s always someone attacking her or someone not defending her this and that. Her message is so powerful but she gets sidetracked and puts a lot of energy into haters and dysfunction.

I love our sis but between the increase in drama; the nonstop gavel tapping, and random yelling I may have to take a break from her.
