Do you go to yard sales?

This is something I did a lot growing up. I would go with my mom and grandma and I had a lot of fun. My mom would give me $10 to buy whatever I wanted but I only had that $10 so I had to decide if I really wanted something or if I wanted to wait for the next sale. She also said I could save it for the next time we went if I wanted so I could have more spending money for next time which I did do a few times. We’d go to like 5 to 10 different sales in a day and did this most Saturdays in the summer.

I have not gone to any as an adult. There are some popping up in my area and I am considering going. I just don’t want people being all funny because of COVID. lol

Did you guys watch that Michigan N.Illinois game yesterday?

I was watching with some family and my god was that a fun game to watch. Michigan blew out North Illinois 63-10 yesterday. But, I was expecting them to score another touchdown or 3 by the end. We were thinking they'd reach 80 points, but, that's not how it resulted. They almost had it 70-3 near the end, but the TD they got was called back due to a dumb penalty.

But yeah, it was fun to see. But, this isn't anything new in college football. We see big teams with blowouts against smaller teams.

Weddings, ugh, like them or hate them?

I just attended a wedding yesterday for my niece and it was a fun one. My mother-in-law was fed up about pictures taking too long, and the grooms parents were arguing with my side of the family. It was a ride haha!

What are your feelings on attending weddings? I love going to weddings for the food mostly, but seeing and hangin with the fam is always an added bonus for me. But, I find when we all meet up, arguing ensues, so I only attend weddings for really close fam, because I can't deal with the drama anymore.

What are some goals you want to accomplish before 2021 ends?

I thought this would be interesting. Maybe we can even check back at the end of the year and see how we did?

My goals for the year were to read more books, create a better work/life balance, and maintain a better workout schedule. So far, I've read more books and I feel like I'm just now getting a better balance with work. I still could use some work on a more consistent workout schedule though but I'm getting better lol

The Black Authority: Biden's Border War on Black Immigrants

It's interesting how the Democrats talk all this about protecting immigrants and they are bringing in Afghans but when the immigrants are Black they're sending them back.

Online Privacy

Do you care about your online privacy?

This is a topic I can say I never thought I would care about up until a few years ago. I became rather paranoid with things when all these reports were coming out about how the government and the big tech corporations were spying on us and using our information for capital gain. I got away from Windows and run Linux only these days. I also block places like Facebook, Insta, and Twitter on my computer and laptop. I can still access them if I need to from a secondary browser that I run a VPN through. Needless to say, I take it very seriously these days.

How about you - is this something you concern yourself with?

Tuskegee Syphilis Study

If you are not familiar, here it is in a nutshell:
The Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male was an ethically abusive study conducted between 1932 and 1972 by the United States Public Health Service and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on a group of nearly 400 African Americans with syphilis.

There have been several “studies” (experiments) run on people throughout modern history using risky drugs, vaccination, and fake treatments. This is one prime example why a lot of people, especially black people, are not trusting this vaccination push. The fact that the CDC, who is the main one pushing the vaccines, ran this up until the ‘70s is horrifying.

I am not saying don’t get the vaccine. I am also not saying to get the vaccine. I think it is up to us as individuals to decide what is best for us. I work in a clinic and had to get it. I do not trust the CDC for many reasons and this is one of them.

Have You Done The Duck Flower Cleanse?

I just learned about duck flower, and am planning to try it. Apparently, removes a ton of toxins (mucus, parasites, impurities, etc.) from the body quickly, but it is ROUGH!
I've watched a few YouTube reviews, and everybody said that you will throw up & have diarrhea for 6-8 hours, but feel great afterwards.

Tesla breaks record for the fastest production vehicle in the world

If you've ever been in one of these then you know they pull so hard. I'm pretty sure this will be a short lived record though as the Tesla Roadster is going to dust the Model S due to less weight and lower height.

Zillow Drives Up Home Values to Increase Their Profit

I’ve attached a video for the TL;DR crowd but basically Zillow:
  • Analyzes who is attempting to buy what and where
  • How much they can afford
  • It takes this data in amalgam and uses it to know where to purchase houses
  • It buys all the houses in an area for cash and then the last house they buy they’ll buy it for more so that it increases the value of al the previous houses it bought
  • They know people can afford the price difference because they know who is searching there and how much they can afford

Female Rikers guards stripped her naked and felt her up!

‘This is gross, I feel so sorry for this young lady.

A young woman’s new breast implants were so irresistible to two female Rikers guards that they pulled her off the visitation line for an up-close examination, she charges in new court papers.

Jeanette Reynoso says the jailers ordered her to strip naked during a recent visit to see her husband — and it wasn’t because they were looking for contraband.

”I knew they wanted to see what was under my clothes because, at the end of the process, they had the nerve to ask me who operated on me, how much my operation cost and whether it hurt.”

How common do you think catfishing is on black only dating sites?

@Banks got me thinking about this so I wanted to make a thread for it.

I remember a few months back reading about this one woman’s experience on one of the sites. She said she was catfished not only by a white person, but a white lesbian woman! She was claiming to be a black man. It was wild. If I am able to find it, I will post the link.

Anyways, how common do you think this sort of thing is? I hear about it a lot more with mixed dating sites than black-only dating sites. I am just curious to see what you all know about the topic or things you have heard. I never used a dating site at all, be it black only or not.

Do you or have you colored your hair?

I know a lot of ladies and a few guys who have colored their hair before. It can be a fun thing to do to spice up your look but the maintenance can be a pain (and costly). I have colored my hair in the past (I did red a few times and platinum once) at home and professionally but I could never keep up with it. I prefer to just go natural. I might pick up coloring again when the grays start poking through!

Have you ever colored your hair? If yes - Do you do it on a regular basis?

Racial Agitation – A Communist Tool

I get into some pretty heavy discussions with family and friends. This was one of our recent talks. I wanted to share about it here. It is a long one so hang with me here for a minute.

In order for a communist party or group to take over an area be it a small zone or an entire nation, they like to use something called “racial agitation”. They do this by taking a common racial issue within the area and making it out to be a lot more widespread, problematic, and severe. They sew seeds to get people hating each other more and more. They will uplift one group and ignore the other as a means to make one group think the other side is the problem while the other side grows in hatred because they see themselves as victims. Targeting groups that are most likely to fight their cause for them is the easiest way (think white liberals). The people they use are those who want everything done for them with little to no effort on their part. People who love big government essentially. These people will commonly scream out for things like “free healthcare for all!” and “equality of outcome for everyone!” but they never have any solutions or ways to achieve these things without using the good ol’ communist way of taking from one person and giving to another with/by force. We have seen these tactics used in China with Mao (he focused more on wealth to cause a divide among people), in Germany with Hitler, and now they are happening again in the US.

Knowing this is happening, how can we go about logically protecting ourselves from the masses of ignorance and the white knight savors (white brain-washed liberals) from using our social issues against us and against the country? I am not the white man’s token to feeling they have a purpose in life.

On a side note: Racism in the US against black people is obviously an issue and will continue to be an issue. We can’t control what everyone thinks. I fully accepted that years ago. The key is to ensure (best we can) that racial discrimination doesn’t hinder black lives where it matters. This deals with education, housing, the ability to get a job and work, medical care, and so on. Laws have been passed to protect us from these things and while there are still issues, it has solved a lot of problems and things have greatly improved since the early 1900s. That being said, we can’t fight racism when an entire ideology relies on it for success. We have to come together and uplift our own, support our own, and get our own in positions of power to see change happen.

TLDR: Communists are among us in the US and the ignorance of the masses is allowing these sheep to use black folks as a tool to get what they want. How do we protect ourselves from this?

People who decide to catfish people

Have you ever had to deal with those people out there who catfish? Like they will pretend to be someone else, and try to strike up a relationship, and then they will ask you for money because they can't pay their bill or something.

I was on a dating site a few years ago, and saw a profile of a woman I really liked. I sent a message and she responded. We talked for a while and then she started going on how she was broke, and she has to pay her bills. Clearly was looking for me to come in and help haha! What I decided to do from here, was search for her photos on google, and when I did, I found out she wasn't who she said she was. I confronted her and she stopped talking.

Have you ever dealt with someone attempting to catfish you?

I want to start a dodgeball league

I loved dodgeball when I was able to play it in school. It felt like it always went way too fast whenever we did play. But, I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool to start my own dodgeball league? I honestly wouldn't know where to even begin to set one up, but I think once this pandemic clears up a bit more, I'm going to try and recruit people in my area to start some teams and maybe get a tournament going.

Have you guys ever started a league of your own just for fun? I think it'd be fun to get a bunch of friends and people in the area to join.

Speaking of dodgeball, you guys a fan of the game?
