How many of yall have heard of the phrase "high performance teams?" I read a Forbes article from 2022 that explains the concept when working on a project or business.

Hello Everyone,

As a new year is on the horizon I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who has continued to post and support the platform. I know I have been absent and I want to reassure everyone that I will be coming into 2024 with a new vigor and will continue to grow the platform by growing the user base and improving the posting, feeds, profiles and more.

But I want to take a moment to have a heart to heart so you understand where I’m at.

Earlier this year I was laid off from my 9-5 which severely limited the amount of money I was able to invest into the platform. I took about 6 months off, got a new job in July, and spent the rest of the time having to make sure that my financial situation was stabilized in addition to learning my new job.

I’m also getting married and that is taking a substantial amount of time and money.

But in the end I made a commitment and it was to make a place for us to speak our truth and I will see it to the end because we all deserve it.

Shout out to all of you who post, donate, support, shout us out, and more. The new editor, the new profiles, and registration features that we have in the pipeline will truly make this a true alternative for us to tap into the community.

I want to get a new setup next year. New desk, chair, etc. I want more space, maybe a second desk for my laptop and drawing pad. I want to get some inspiration so I thought I would ask you all what you got going on for your office set up.

Not in terms of waking up, I know post people that work get up early but in terms of when you feel your best. I find that I am feeling my best in the early evening. I get a second wave of energy around like 4PM and usually start to wind down and feel tired by 10PM. I go to bed at 11 most nights cause of my work schedule but also cause I like to be awake before 9AM.

Everyone I know has plans for New Year's Eve and Day but me haha

I will probably just end up hanging with my family. Not really into drinking or partying anymore. I outgrew that in my early twenties. I know my lil bro (still lives with our parents) is having a few friends over and they are getting take out. I will probably just hang over there and play some games with them. My friends are either out of town or going to some party.

What do you got going on for this weekend? Anything planned?

... in the near future, more and more music will be put on the blockchain and tokenized ... I gotta get smarter on the tech ...

This guy (Never heard of him before, came across my feed) says there are about 9 states we already have at least 20 something percent of the population. For example, George has gone from in the 20s percentage Black to over 30 percent and these are states in the south.

He is talking voting Democratic party which I don't agree with, without getting tangibles. I am looking at it as controlling the state. So, when a black person gets killed by a cop the state attorney general, the city's prosecutor is us.

It's an interesting concept. Have enough of a percentage in a state where we run the state. Thoughts?
