I have to give Sagan his props he had a great way of making science relatable. I think when you look at this things from a Eurocentric standpoint findings like this are amazing because they believe they are different than everything in the universe. They don’t even think they are the same as other individuals belonging to their same species so a similarity between them and something is space is mind shattering. But if you look at it through older frame of thoughts you would already know that you are apart of everything. Everything is symbiotic and relies on everything to survive. Europeans think that everything is a tool to fuel their insatiable apetitie for everything.

I‘m not judging but this thought process is troublesome as it makes their savagery extraterrestrial when that same savagery exists within all of us. The Anglos simply developed a culture of “what is mine is mine and what is yours is mine” and the world was ill-prepared for such level of savagery. You and I can also develop such ideologies which is why it’s important that we understand their mental state so that we can identify, dispatch, and weed out those types of mentalities once the global shift occurs.

I'll disagree, Europeans are a hybrid race whether people want to accept it or not. Africans are the only species on the planet that don't have Neanderthal DNA Neanderthals are not human, they are human like but not. Neanderthals are a whole different species. It's where the Anglos get their savagery from. depending on who you speak to, some may even cite Yakub as their creator.
