I want to get some more house plants but I need them to be good with getting low light. They also need to be cat safe. I moved recently and have more space now so I would like to get some to liven up the house and also help clean up the air. I read they are good for that. Nature's air filters!

Snake plants are great air purifiers, and the don't need direct sunlight. They're also very nice looking!

I will have to make sure these are cat safe. They remind me a lot of those sword plants you see in aquariums. I do like the look of these.

If you need cat safe plants, avoid aloe!

I actually always wanted an aloe plant but I was not aware they were considered toxic to cats. Glad I never got one. I can just buy the aloe in gel form or juice/liquid form to use. I do like to use it on my skin now and then.
