I don't think there is one person destined to be with you. If that was the case, we'd be searching all over the world for that person, but we all tend to go with people near us or in our area. Most people can't do long distance relationships, and who's to say "The one" is near you. She/he could be in another country even.

But, do you believe there is someone for everyone?

I think that there are a host of someones for everyone, it's too many people on earth to just have one. But I also think the universe is only going to let us be with one of those someones when we're ready and not a second sooner. So if we're never ready, and never strive to BE ready, we'll never be with any of our someones.

I think there are right people for a said person. I don't think there is "the one" but rather the feeling of it. This is usually brought on when you meet someone you click with, you are friends with, and you legit feel like you are marrying your best friend. Those feelings last. You just have to make sure you are in a position where you are willing to grow with someone in the same direction or even the best possible partner for you will end in heartbreak and a failed relationship.

Agreed. I think it's a work in progress, so someone you may think is "the one" might not be if they don't grow with you.
