For every Patrice Lumumba theres a Mobutu willing to sell us all down the river for a Mercedes Benz. We cannot have sympathy for these people or pretend as there is solidarity with them. I got a question. So we all know the sacrifices of going all the way "mainstream" per say. I could be wrong but i think that a small number of black entertainers KNEW what time it was and voluntarily went through BS so we can see inspirational Images. I think this is a casualty.Just reading this article. Even if I didnt know who he was and I walked up to him he seems like he would give off a really weird, f-d up vibe.
