In terms of getting married, what age do you think is best for a man, and what age do you think is best for a woman?

In terms of having children, what age do you think is best for a man and what age do you think is best for a woman?

I have always had views on both subjects that have changed the more people I have met and gotten to know. I think a general rule, at least from my own observations, is marriage is best after the age of 24 and children after the age of 26. This is for both men and women.

The best age is when you are ready to settle down with just one person. I've seen way too much cheating in married couples to attach an age to it. Some people will never be old enough for marriage and thats fine.

When you can afford it and can give the kids a good life. If you aint left your ghetto or party ways in the past you aint got no business having a kid.

its less about age and more about maturity and resources. I thought I would finally be emotionally and financially ready and this was not the case for me...I only realized that although I enjoy being a dad, marriage was not for me.
I like this mind state because it takes pressure off of people who don't care to have kids or be married. When society comes up with these predefined ages, you start feeling anxiety the closer you get to certain milestones. As a woman I have a biological clock and that's unavoidable but society telling me I need to be pregnant by X and married by Y is none of its business. I will do both when it makes the most sense for my life. The worst thing you can do is find out you're not ready for children when the baby is your arms.

I will say that any pregancy after the age of 35 is considered geriatric for a woman. Jason Black beleives a woman should cash out as early as she can while her value is still peaking.....its not fair but he might be right.......
Damn geriatric breh? You trying to get the ladies on your head huh!

By medical standards, not mine. Chances of birth defects and complications increease after 35.
I work in a clinic, this is 100% facts. I hate it though. Plenty of women have healthy babies in their late '30s and early '40s. I think it comes down to the health of the woman. If you take care of yourself, you can have kids later in life without issues. Some studies now suggest having your last child after the age of 36 is healthier overall for women later in life.

Excellent question! We all have our personal opinions on the questions you've asked, and I would love to share my input. I've noticed a lot of people have been getting married around the age of 18, some are younger than that. However, from my personal preference, I would rather get married a little later in life around the age of 23-24 when you know you are absolutely mature enough to get married and possibly raise a family.
