What I’ve been working on with the mod staff is a clear and consistent warning system with clearly defined reasons to apply them. So we won’t keep the board clear by paranoia but by a system of laws so to speak and when violators continuously break the law they will be restricted and eventually banned.

We have to make sure that we don’t have a red scare culture and one that is grounded in intellect and fact. Suspecting a poster is one thing but if they are not spouting anti black propaganda or sentiments then it is not a cause for concerns. We have to be disciplined in this.

We also have to ensure that we are not developing a culture of homogenized thoughts. Just because someone doesn’t subscribe to the words of Malcolm X doesn’t mean they are an agent, coon, or troll.

This has to be a place that makes good people better not tear people down for not being good enough. If I set the foundation of that culture then it will help minimize the good people who fall under the cross hairs of suspicion.

Most definitely this site is being monitored,we probably have a few agents on the board now. I am ultra individualistic in terms of how I interact with people and society at large. If 50,000 Black men wrote me a letter and said that eating pancakes is for coons and started calling me coon for eating them, I'd make it a point to eat them and take pictures. That's my personality and I really wouldn't care what they thought about me. I wouldn't lose a wink of sleep.

Exactly. That’s ultra important and that goes to the “intellect” part in our 3 tent poles: Life, Art, and Intellect. We had to make adjustments to the team recently because others didn’t believe in making it a comfortable environment for those that had alternative ideas.

Like most people I can instantly recognize white racism in person. Online it is just slightly more difficult. However engaging the commenter will reveal his true intent. Meanwhile, try to avoid being made paranoid, or the enemy will have won the first battle.

Niether situation bothered me because of who I always figured I was. I have f da shit out of a couple of non black women. No more than I can count with 3 fingers. Just not my preference. The white male "friends" I had ended up doing some "you aint cool with being a n****r shit". Like they was surprised I wasnt cool with them pretending to like black people. I done felt some type of way when white boys come braggin bout f ing our women. But only because of the context. I have literally seen a dog bite a bih hand and she still was dick ridin a meth head. But the white people I encounter usually come around me. I think some white folks would be cool but only when we are in control. So back to the question. If I controlled media, I already had someone on this site. I dont think any Black anything will ever be troll free. I have worked at jobs where the sent they "company niggas" to pick my brain.

I have been trolled by a chick I met by a white guy at my job. He showed me her pics at work. I ended up meeting her and I seen she was in love. Him no fronts. wit the stubs. Crack head. She in her 30's though. I noticed her following and watching my lives but not speaking or chatting back.

Some people may have alternative ways they want to see us become free and that has to be not only tolerated but applauded.
