I am debating on getting one or the other.

My cable is about to go up again and I am sick of paying for it. I hardly use it. I really can do without but I feel like I need some options for when I am in the mood to watch stuff so having Sling or YouTube TV makes sense. Anyone here use either platform? If so, good or bad experiences?

No. I've the apps I want on my Fire Stick. You Tube TV just seems a bit pricey. Especially since the commercials are still included & more often. Sling, I never wanted. I've got Tubi, Peacock, Netflix, IMDB, Prime Video, Hulu, FilmRise, Apple TV, BET+, XUMO, Fawesome Black Cinema, Pluto, Crackle, YouTube & Starz.

I was using Youtube but not worth of it so I was finding better option and since than I moved to decent IPTV boxes which provides great range of channels, movies and can watch all sports with one time investment. Although it is illegal streaming but still provides high quality content and you can take box anywhere.

I have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Prime but honestly I really don't need them as I use a website that I can watch most of their exclusive shows on there. I have the free streamers that I like also, Crackle, IMDBTv, Tubi, and PlutoTV and CrunchyRoll for the times when I actually am in the mood for anime

I was looking into using Roku and PlutoTV alongside it since it would be effectively free. I think the Roku stick I would want is like $40 and you can do some kind of plus sub for $5 a month I think.

My Smart TV remote has 4 apps built in. 2 of them I use through Prime Video, it's cheaper & in one spot.

No experiences with either, at this point I consume content by YouTube subscriptions to various platforms.
