Like many of our strongest Leaders I sincerely believe this man has not gotten the props he deserves from the masses of our people. The example he set and actions he put forth is one the most powerful contributions made to the Black rights struggle. Not only did he influence the other Black Power Groups groups (Such as Deacons for Defense, Black Liberation Army, R.A.M. and The Black Panthers) based on the facts its evident he was the standard example our fighting white supremacy, shooting KKKlan Members, Protecting Black Women and Children, changing the future collective dynamic of our peoples attitudes towards the Oppressor and then having the nerve to live through it.
