It's no secret it's becoming trendy to be "spiritual" and have self-care practices in place. What habits, tools, and steps are you taking to help you not absorb unwanted energy from people and our environments.
My Habits
1. Walking/Hiking/ being outside in nature, specially waterfalls and beaches really help me find center and peace. I find time daily/weekly(longer hikes)
2. Visualization techniques/ segment intending
3. Stop venting and letting others vent to me. As soon as it gets gossip aht aht..let's talk about something else! I know I have grown lol. I no longer need or want "the tea".I am good sipping my own tea thanks 😊
