For those who don't know, Trip-hop is like a combo of hip hop and electronic music and was based in England. Popular names you'd hear are Portishead, Massive Attack, Tricky, DJ Krush, etc. I really got into it a decade ago when a friend introduced me to Portishead and they became one of my favorites. Listen to their debut album Dummy and their self titled album. Here are a couple good songs to give you an idea.

I love trip hop. I listened to it exclusively for a short stint last decade because I was going through it. Tricky, Morcheeba, and Zero 7 are others I enjoy.
Nice! I got into it pretty late, but I'm glad I did. There's a different tone to the music, but I like how different it is, but has the great beats and feel of hip-hop.
I haven't listened to Morcheeba or Zero 7 yet, but they will be added to my list of ones I will have to check out next.
