Being Black just ain’t good enough anymore. Why aren‘t the Japanese helping him keep his shop open? Why open up a shop most Black people will never be able to use but then come to us when it’s failing?

He abandoned us in the USA to run to Japan because he said it felt safer for him as a Black man.

Unless you are Japanese or have a lot of money, running a successful business in Japan is going to be hard.

I mean I get it, wanting to live there wanting to explore other areas... But opening a business where most black folks won't even be able to partake seems a bit like a dumb move. Just my opinion.

This is my point as well. I’m not trying to make the OP feel bad for sharing but how does helping him keep his yellow fever dream alive help us as Black people?

Then he caped for Japan and said there is no racism there. He could be a coon, I’m not sure.

Lol, feelings. Didn’t read into any of that so no biggie.

It was a interesting video topic I wanted to share.

The dude never watched anime then. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed a decent amount of it but back in the day they did exactly what Disney did with black characters. We can't just sit here and play stupid and pretend racism isn't a thing in Japan. People are just more polite over there. They won't physically hurt you but best believe they are judging you under those smiles.
