• Analyzes who is attempting to buy what and where
• How much they can afford
• It takes this data in amalgam and uses it to know where to purchase houses
• It buys all the houses in an area for cash and then the last house they buy they’ll buy it for more so that it increases the value of al the previous houses it bought

This is legal!? I never use Zillow. I only use Trulia for house shopping and looking around. I wonder if they are doing this as well. I mean what kind of scam they trying to pull off here? How are you able to know if you are buying from a person or a bot for the site as well? I mean I have gone and seen houses that have owners. I have met them. I wonder if they are fake now lol

Zillow happens to be what I receive in my email every day. I might need to change to somebody else now.

I'm just curious as to how analytics is developed. Is it coding? I am asking because I think I will need this done for my companies. I would prefer to hire Black people who know business analysis.
