I just learned about duck flower, and am planning to try it. Apparently, removes a ton of toxins (mucus, parasites, impurities, etc.) from the body quickly, but it is ROUGH!
I've watched a few YouTube reviews, and everybody said that you will throw up & have diarrhea for 6-8 hours, but feel great afterwards.
Some vids:

WTF. That looks crazy, when I see these cleanses I wonder why do people think they work better than the liver? I wonder do they truly work.
That's the thing, our cleaning organs (liver, kidneys, etc.) usually work as intended. The problem is, some of put a lot of unnatural things in our bodies, or live in polluted areas and we overload the system with junk, so to speak.
Three things interest me about the duck flower:
1. It's a natural, non toxic plant,
2. It removes a bunch of bad stuff from our bodies, and
3. It works relatively fast.
I went down a rabbit hole, and everything I read and saw touted the "the duck's" effectiveness. Everybody said that it does what it's supposed to, but it's hell while it works.

Great points. I’ve been wanting to cleanse and have looked at multiple possibilities. I was thinking about doing a juice cleanse with my girlfriend but I would be too irritable without food in my system. This may be an alternative but I need to do more research, the throwing up and stuff has me concerned.

A guy in one of the videos that I posted said that he vomited so much that he prayed for diarrhea. That's the part that I'm not looking forward to.

I'll just stick with my nasty wheatgrass and coconut oil. You know you can get some pretty solid detoxification from both especially if you mix in some rebounding. You don't need to suffer to get the bad stuff out your body! lol
I love coconut oil! I use it for a million different things!
