Disgraced 'Empire' actor Jussie Smollett will be released from jail after just six days behind bars

Judges ruled that he should go free while his lawyers work on the appeal of his conviction on five felony counts of lying to police about a racist and homophobic attack.

He will be released on a $150,000 personal recognizance bond.

Smollett, who has been serving his time in psychiatric care, was sentenced to 150 days behind bars.

it was. first of all, the lower court already sentenced him. but Chicago white supremacy saw an opportunity to make up for when that cop got convicted up there for killing that black kid, Laquan McDonald. they had to do something and this Juicy shit kinda fell in their lap. so this was their (white supremacy's) attempt to appear like they're "still in charge" that's not to suggest support for Juicy it's just the fact of the matter on the surface level.

secondarily, Juicy decided to become this victimized Mandingo warrior when he identifies as gay first literally the entirety of his fame and now that the alphabet Mafia have "run off into the night" he's trying to drum up support from black people and it's too late. he fucked up and has to hold his own bussie now.

It’s hard for people to recognize how petty White Supremacy is but this is so important to state. The need to psychologically reimprint into our minds their position of power is mandatory. Because they only have power when we accept that they have power. When we no longer accept the law enforcement or judicial systems as the purveyors of law and order we no longee subject ourselves to their rule. At that point all they can do is try to beat us into submission. If that doesn’t work the balance of power shifts.

I wonder if his yelling that he was not suicidal actually "worked." I'm still not convinced there wasn't some white people behind this hoax. It was so ridiculous, came across like a typical white amateur writer badly writing a black character in a movie.
