I think less people are wearing masks now. I still wear one, but not all the time. Wearing a mask is optional at my college. I wear one in seminar, but I take it off once I leave. Wearing a mask is not 100% effective. It’s important to eat foods that are good for the immune system. Take vitamins, drink water, drink herbal teas, etc. If you wear the mask, make sure to breath in fresh air when outside. I remember reading that masks aren’t good because they interfere with the oxygen we intake. Don’t wear a mask 24/7.
