I met all of my neighbors prior to my closing date of purchase. One of my neighbors does vote Republican and voted for Trump. He is one of the nicest people I've met though.

Invest in single family homes with no HOA. These homes are out there. Find them and buy them up!

You're correct it isn't. But you have a lot better standing in a house than you do am apartment.
No one has any business on your property at a house.
If you pepper spray them in your yard they can't argue that they didn't think you should have been there and all this nonsense you see online.
